I'm new to the REI and I'm looking for a local mentor that is wholesaling in the GA market successfully I'm willing to do task that you don't have time to do for FREE. Just looking to learn the ropes work hard and begin to wholesale myself. I am a licensed Realtor so I can bring a lot to the table as well. I attended a three day event and got a lot of information however the cost to do the mastery was a lot of money to put out upfront. My question is has anyone had success with using their systems and mentoring or is anyone working with them now? Is it worth the money and what would be the typical turnaround time to see a profit from the invest in their system? Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.
