Hello all I'm new to the investing end of the spectrum however not to real estate I'm a Realtor here in the Atlanta area. I'm looking forward to learning all that I can about investing and creating a portfolio of rental properties! I'm available to any newbies that my need a Realtor to help with comps for a fee!
