I'm new to the REI and I'm looking for a local mentor that is wholesaling in the GA market successfully I'm willing to do task that you don't have time to do for FREE. Just looking to learn the ropes work hard and begin to wholesale myself. I am a licensed Realtor so I can bring a lot to the table as well.
