that's what u was thinking but I've never done a deal so this will be my first mi don't have a extention contract. Where can I get one. I'm in mississippi. 

the very first house I put under contract didn't sale before my contract expiration however I stayed in contact with the seller who still hasn't sold this house. Today I got a call that an investor wants to look at it. The seller will show it to them but I don't have the house under contract anymore. What should u do? No pressure but the showing is tomorrow.

Hi. I'm a local wannabe wholesaler. I haven't closed my first deal yet. My wife thinks we should try our hand at rehab. Can anyone give me any advice. We will have to work with hard money lenders because credit is an issue. Please give me any advice on this matter

So glad you guys shed some light on that for me.  I hate to get my friend excited and then we make no money and we loose friendship. 

Hi everyone. I was sitting in my living room watching flipping Vegas and a light goes off in my head. I have friends in Las Vegas, we could jv deals in Vegas.
