What does utilities means as it relates to raw land? 

so are u saying I can use my regular assignable that I have been using on wholesales

can I use the same contract that I use to lock up houses.  A Purchase and Sale of Real Estate contract 

better question is do I need a land contract to buy raw land

does anyone have a land contract I can use.  I have been trying my best to find one and cannot.  Please help

I live in mississippi and the prices here compared to other places are low but the market that interest me is the heavily populated area of Dallas Texas. A 3/2 SFH here would run usually around the 100 to 150k but in Dallas I noticed the price for some 5/2 SFH are around the same price.
