We are looking for a Dallas/Ft Worth area investment property. I am guessing we can qualify for about 100-150k, and would like a SFH that would cash flow. Does anyone have recommendations on good suburbs/zipcodes to look at?

@Dean H. - We do want to visit...just not sure when we would be able to...How long have you owned the 5? How did you decide on the purchases and how are they doing? May I ask where your properties are? BBQ will definitely be on the itinerary when we go! Do you have any great BBQ recommendations?
