@James Wachob - I do want to take a trip to meet the company and see the area...however when I can do that...I'm not too sure. I'm guessing it won't be before we want to purchase either...but you are right about the due diligence! I will definitely be digging into these companies pasts!

@Joe Kim - Thanks for the advice! One day I'm at a total analysis paralysis and next I'm in the OH NO the deals are disappearing I have to get them fast! Trying to reel in all of the emotion and make sure we get our due diligence done so I'm not up all night worrying about it since we are so far away!

@James Wachob - I totally agree. So far everyone seems like a good team...so how to choose?

Also on a side note, for a first time OOS investor, is it better to get your feel wet with a turnkey company rather than trying to just find a realtor or search foreclosures to get a better deal on the sale?

Thanks everyone for all of the responses! Wishing everyone continued success and awesome deals! We're still researching, problem is that everyone sounds great....LOL. Sigh...I have been trying to analyze deals to train myself to spot the good ones...so much to learn!
