Investing in Dallas/ Fort Worth - seeking recommendations
Hello! I am a new investor seeking recommendations for the following in Dallas/ Fort Worth, TX area:
- Property Management
- Lawyer (Corporate & Real Estate)
- CPAs
- Real Estate Broker/ Realtor
- Wholesaler
Thank you kindly in advance for any recommendations you may have. If you fall into the above categories, my husband (and business partner) and I would love to meet you! We live in California, and are going to coordinate a trip to TX this fall to start meeting & networking with folks.
Full disclosure: I/we are new to real estate investing, and are soaking up all the BP knowledge that we can. We are pretty certain Dallas/ Fort Worth is the market we wish to build a buy-and-hold business in long term. We are in the beginning phase of developing our business model.
