Unless I misread it, it looks like you are assuming a loan value equal to the after repair value? I don’t know where you will find that. Again I could have misread.

I purchased a rental property recently. Now I am looking to generate more capital by using subject to purchases. I have some time, maybe an hour a night. I have some capital for marketing but am still learning how to best approach it

I have recently started my journey in real estate investment. My plan is to use creative financing to build a portfolio of BRRRR properties. What methods do you find work best to find motivated sellers?

Congratulations. I was told when I got my first accepted offer that most new investors appear to be just kicking the tires. So it is huge to actually jump in. How much rehab are you going to have?

Thank you. I have so many that I don’t even know where to start. Today I may have gotten a line on private money. I like the brrrr strategy, but scaling is a stumbling block. I like the idea of building alternative options that can create another income sources. Love the idea of creating financial solutions for people that can’t go traditional methods and am looking into ways to do that.
