I have recently started my journey in real estate investment. My plan is to use creative financing to build a portfolio of BRRRR properties. What methods do you find work best to find motivated sellers?

Right now, it sounds like you are using phrases you've heard to create a "plan" of some kind, but it's just surface. How have you started your journey? What creative financing is part of your plan? Do you have any of your own capital? Do you have any contacts in real estate investing right now? Do you go to REI meetups? The methods for capturing sellers are wide. Do you have a budget for marketing? Do you have time to hustle?
