You can also joining groups outside of real estate such as business or marketing related groups.  Also, reading the post of people analyzing deals and sharing success stories and the challenges they faced will definitely help.

Hey @Matt Weiss,

On paper, you'll be dealing with a higher quality tenant, however, I would proceed like I would in any area and go through the entire process of vetting a few property managers and qualifying a tenant.

I have not worked with a lot of HML so I can only speak from experience. I would recommend Sherman Bridge Lending or Lima One. It depends on your situation. Another community member, @Kweillin Gordon may also be able to assist you.
