Hi everyone! I just became a new member and have gained a wealth of knowledge with listening to the podcasts and following the Ultimate Beginners Guide To RealEstate! Currently, I hold a full time job as a Claims Associate with an insurance company. So, of course the insurance end would work to my advantage with purchasing my first home. Also, I am currently renting an apartment for my second year and recently decided for tax benefits and secondary passive income aas a single person it is now just a 'perfect opportunity' to buy a home and 'house hack' I am eager to first gain a seasoned real estate investor mentor, who can help me understand the Atlanta market and building contacts to who will help me with purchasing and managing my first multiplex home.
