@Joe Scheffold the Jacksonville market is a great market. There are opportunities here if you know the right people and can act quickly. It seems that a lot of new investors lose their first good deal because they don't know a good deal until they pass one up. I'd suggest that you take a trip to Jacksonville if you haven't done so already to drive all parts of our city. Jacksonville is the largest geographic city in the United States and we have many areas that are very desirable.

I’ve been wanting to purchase a vacation rental near the downtown area for some time, but I haven’t come by the right property or management company.
