Hey BP,

My family and I are contemplating a move to Jacksonville Fl this coming winter. (Planning on a trip in july to check out the area).

Any contacts for awesome realtors, mortgage brokers, GCs, and even subcontractors would be awesome. (And anyone else I can talk to that would help me research the area) would be great.
