Getting started in Jacksonville, Fl

Hello! I am new on BiggerPockets and I am looking to connect with people currently in the Jacksonville Fl market. I am currently living in New Mexico as a Deputy Sheriff. I plan on moving to Jacksonville with my family in May of this year. I don’t plan on working law enforcement in Florida, but would like to start flipping houses and start purchasing rental properties. I would like to find an investor friendly real estate agent, and get started from there. Any information or advice about the market in the Jacksonville area will be really helpful.

@Justin B. heres a map with the neighborhoods in Jacksonville and they're corresponding location grades based on select key risk indicators (see link).

Map Link

The areas classified as B seem to be clustered around the st. johns river south of the urban core.
