Welcome to BP @Joseph Coppus!

Scott & Mindy's Money podcast is GREAT and i'm glad that you are finally taking the 1st step :) There is so much to learn and the best way to get into house hacking is to just DO IT! Start analyzing deals around you, Bigger pockets has great calculators to help you. Get organized with your finances, meaning make sure you have a solid understanding of what you can put down as a down payment, credit score, and how much of a return you want every month.

Hope this helps!

Thanks, @Tanesha Rodriguez

And thanks @Connor O'Brien - I will have to look into. How much did you pay? This would be ideal for our association!

No problem, @Willie Cedillo

I consolidate into one spreadsheet just so I don’t have to move back and forth between spreadsheets, more efficient for me personally

@Adrian Clayborn you are off to a great start! I would recommend networking with others to figure out exactly what you want to focus on. Real estate is learned best when you actually start doing it and taking action. There is so much you can tap into as Nathaniel mentioned.

I would be interested, too. The guy who services our machines sometimes isn't responsive and doesn't always pick up the quarters.

@Jake Davis most definitely. Becoming a realtor would benefit you as an investor. Similar to @Marcus Auerbach, I have been on the investing side longer than the agency side but it has allowed me to become more familiar with other markets. It does take time to build clientle and it does take up a lot of time but totally do-able!
