Chicago REIA often has meetups in Orland Park and Oak Lawn lead by Andrew Holmes. There's also a group called "Essential Strategies 4 Entrepreneurs & Real Estate Investors" That meets in Oak Lawn and Downers Grove. I would check out the app called "meetup" which is where I found all of the meetups that I go to in the Chicagoland area.
I know @John Warren hosts a great meetup on the last Tuesday of each month in Forest Park (used to be in Berwyn). John is always bringing people that provide awesome information.
