i have two properties I would like to purchase.  Both properties are duplexes.  I would like to rent them out.  Both properties are currently rented.  One is being managed by a Property Management company.  I am not sure if the law allows you to take out two loans in the same month.  Can someone provide advice on how I can accomplish this.?

I am a new real estate investor from Harrisburg, PA.  Are there any other investors in this area.  I would like to know if there are discount stores for cabinets, doors etc.  Also, if you know of a good contractor in the area, any information would be greatly appreciated
