Hi you all!!!! I hope everyone is well!!!!

I don't know if I mentioned this already but I am originally from Harrisburg, and as I currently live in Morristown, I am constantly back and forth between the two and will be investing in Harrisburg as well. 

I am wondering if anyone can further explain the dauphin county sheriff sale to me? I have been reading the FAQs but it doesn't ENTIRELY make sense to me! Maybe because it's 4:28am, and I'm super tired....lol no I won't blame it on that.
