I'm investing in a 529 plan and don't even have kids yet! In Indiana, contributions to a 529 get you a tax credit (not discount, an actual credit).

This is such an awesome idea! I hope one of these days I am in a position to be so generous. I would like to put my name in the hat. I have only completed one BRRR project but it was a great success and as a result I have no problem investing the money you have suggested it needs.

I have a passion for central Indiana and for charity, so I would like to up the ante and pledge $100 per month for 5 years instead. I would also like to involve local disadvantaged young people from the community in the renovation process to teach them skills that could enable them to find jobs in this field. 

I would love to send you references, or even buy you a plane ticket so we can discuss in person.
