Hi all - I'm Stu Winternheimer from Indy.  I've been in the funeral/cemetery industry for 20 years and have owned my own monument company for 5 years (yes, tombstones). I love the industry, but there are so many changes taking place (i.e. cremation) that I'm not sure what the industry landscape will look like in 5 years.  I've been researching the real estate industry for several months and investing in real, tangible assets makes so much sense to me (as opposed to the dice-rolling of the stock market).  I'm excited that I found FB and look forward to learning more about the techniques for wholesaling and investing/selling SFHs.  Indy is a great market and seems to have a lot of opportunity. I'll look forward to connecting with everyone...
