Yep, that is definately the end goal for any of us that are serious about all this and obtaining financial freedom! When I started in the Bulk REO and Bulk Notes world it took 6 months before I made a dime... that was tuff, and I still have some hiccups like what you are going through every now and then. I think a certain degree of brain damage is required in this industry..lol

I didn't say anything was wrong with it. Some may read what you wrote and assume that biweekly 1/2 payments are equivalent to full monthly payments and I just wanted to point out that it isn't.

Right no worries on my end, and that is a very good point.
Thanks for adding to it all.

Do you have an auto loan?

If so take your payment and divide it in half and make bi weekly payments instead of one monthly payment. You'll save money on the interest and it'll help boost your credit quicker.

You also end up making one extra payment per year.

I have an ex fiancee that thanks to common law in my state, actually took a real divorce to get rid of, and she and that process trashed my credit. I rebuilt it and quickly. If you want some tips email me, maybe I can help.

If you buy a distressed home, such a foreclosure, and go with a Hard Money loan there are plenty of options for you.... just another way to get it done.

I'd never live next to a cemetary, let alone have one for a front yard!
