Are you scared of the boogeyman?
So today I'm riding along on pricing some jobs with my boyfriend (he's got a home improvement/handyman business). We pull up to this rundown looking house, nice lot though and the house can't be very old. Turns out the guy just became unemployed, he's got 5 kids, he's stressed out, but he still has to have some work done cause the house NEEDS WORK. The guy is so desperate he's practically crying. Now this could be my next rehab.. he needs an out, I can help him, he can help me. Sounds great right? What an opportunity and I just stumbled on it without even trying!
The problem - His frontyard is a graveyard. Literally. It's big, has a stone wall around it, bunch of gravestones, gotta be at least 60 graves there. I could never move a house with a graveyard for a frontyard. Not even sure there is any way to get rid of a graveyard, and I'm not messing with the dead anyway. NO WAY. I'm not scared of much, but I'll let the dead lie...I won't mess with that.
Could've been such a deal too.
