I have sent pm's back to people, but have been conversing more by email back and forth with quite a few people I have met on this site....
relationships are being built and moving foreward with some of them.

I get very busy as do many of us. If I have failed to respond to an email, or PM I am deeply sorry, and would appreciate the opportunity to get in contact with anyone that needs more information from me so I can accomodate their needs.

A lot of times further information and answers are relayed easier by phone.

so I'm sure everyone goes through this, but why do people waste my time!?

I'm begining to think some people just like to piss me off!
I have people that say they have buyers comping at the bit to get Bulk REO and Bulk Note Packages. Well I've got the packages, so that's great, a win, win for everyone. The only thing is they need to talk with me to go over a few things (at their request). Not a problem, I am like so many of us beyond busy, and sometimes hard to get a hold of by phone. So in an email I always ask for a convient time to call them, and I will....

...then they don't pick up for the phone appointment, and this goes on and on....

...then 2 weeks later they call get a hold of me (the whole time I'll try to call them or send an email everyother day or so) and it's my fault.

So if you're reading this and you waste peoples time, please don't contact me about business! I don't have the time to waste!

And yep Buy at a Discount and Sell High!

Investing REIT's is just like investing in the stock market. If you look back over the Stock market it averages out about at that 4 out of every 5 years is an "up or bull" market and 1 out of every 5 years is a "down or bear" market. Just remember if you research the REIT and it's performance history, just like a good mutual fund a "down market may be the perfect time to buy shares at a discount.

Pain in the butt to install yourself. Pay to have it done!!!

Yep we're quite helpful. I deal mostly with Bulk REO and Bulk Note Pkgs.
If you are looking for individual SFR I have those as well.

Alright I'm fairly new to this site my question is...

When some one sends you a PM note, how do I respond to this with another PM note? I see the Post Reply button, but if I respond this way will that make it public?
