January MeetUp is 1 week away!

RGV BP members will be meeting to discuss all things real estate investing. Bring your deals, challenges, questions. We hope to have several experts from different areas in real estate present: flipping, rentals, wholesaling etc. Please invite friends, family, and fellow investors.

Our goal is for locals investors to connect and establish a growing group, where we can help one another. We welcome suggestions and any assistance from you all.

The focus for this meeting will be to have a round table discussion on what is everyone's number 1 challenge in trying to acquire/complete a deal within the next 90 days. Followed by creating smaller mastermind groups that will be given guidance by a local expert. Lets start off the year with massive action! 

We will not be selling any products/services/courses. And we ask that anyone who attends honors this as well.

As far as the BP meeting @Joseph Ryan, @Boone Tyson and I had discussed this some time ago. Someone has to start the group, organize it and lead discussion maybe bring in local investors to speak. We can create it and have the 1st meeting in December.

I'll dm you my reasons for building instead of buying right now.
