@Bryant Brislin if you run across any small multi family in the valley I'll take a look at them. 

Tracy congrats on your great timing and investment! McAllen Texas (South Texas) has been a great place for us to park our money and get consistent cash flow even with the current state of the country. It's not a major appreciating market like Houston Dallas or Austin, but a strong and steady rental market.

100% of rents came in and came in early! I used the Anthony Wick method and did not discuss or bring up anything covid-19 related.

@Deisy P. selected sole proprietor...wasn't sure what else to select.

I was able to get a hold of SBA customer service with no wait this morning. The reps advice was to fill a completely new application with any changes you need to make and email customer service informing them of the new application and changes. I had only listed my lost rents thus far on my 1st app. The two changes I made were

1) Listing lost rents at 100% x9 months

2)listing my business as under 500 employees instead of sole proprietor.

Rep confirmed lost rents can be a projected amount. Hope this helps guys!
