Travis.  We are  interested in adding some section 8 properties into our portfolio, perhaps more in the form of a joint venture, but wanted to reach out to you and see if you had any interest. We would act more like the credit/finance partner and your team would handle rehab, marketing, and PM. Or, depending on your model, potentially purchase them outright and utilize your marketing and PM services on a monthly basis.  Any interest?
