For those who seek private/hard money lending, what is more important to you?

Lower Rate/Points vs. Higher Leverage?

Let's assume all other terms are the same. Which do you prefer and provide a little explanation of why you chose it.

Loan A - 8.50%, 1.25 point, 75% LTV

Loan B - 9.50%, 1.50 point, 85% LTV

Hi All,

Keep in mind that Corevest Finance was formerly called Colony American Finance (see related link: http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/fortress-t...)

And FOAC was formerly called B2R.

I can take a look at your portfolio and see what we can offer.

Please give me a ring/PM when you are free!

Hi Ed,

You would be required to create a new Delaware LLC and would need to transfer the assets into this new entity. B2R (now called Finance of America, Commercial) should have the same requirement.

Let me know if I can answer any questions for you.
