Portfolio Lender Needed... High end rental Properties...

I am looking for a Portfolio lender for my rental properties.

I am a remodeling contractor and have been doing flips for a while as well.

I don't like selling my flips.

I like to flip them to myself as rentals...

I buy great little fixers with hard money, do a high quality rehab with Granite, tile, hardwoods, etc...

Then I try to refinance and keep as rentals.

I have 3 houses that are turnkey ready to rent today that I need a lender on.

And once the right lender is in place, I can do 3-5 of these a year...

My credit rating is OK.  Because I own a business and run a lot of debt...  I've never missed a a payment, no delinquencies, etc...  Just high use of debt lines...

My taxes used to help me with the Re-fi.  But last year my income source changed to cap gains and the banks don't want to recognize the income...  I made enough, just not the right kind...

I have a 14 yr record of being in the public eye with my remodeling business.  I am easily vetted and ready to move now on multiple properties...
