Lower Rate/Points vs. Higher Leverage?

Let's assume all other terms are the same. Which do you prefer and provide a little explanation of why you chose it.

Loan A - 8.50%, 1.25 point, 75% LTV

Loan B - 9.50%, 1.50 point, 85% LTV
