Hard Money lenders or private money are good alternatives for no credit requirement.

It's a mixture of wholesale and fix and flips, he has both entities. He does from Martin county all the way up to Daytona so I don't find it that hard to believe.

@John Casmon I completely agree. I have been working with my very close friends' wholesale business and they taught me how to analyze deals so I'm well on my way

Yes @Huiping S. I opened an LLC. My advice to you that someone gave to me is do it through a real estate attorney. My cost for the company actually was $250 cheaper then online cost, but if you want online I was going to go with Legalzoom. Hope this helps. One other thing if you do it with an attorney you have a possible business partner with lots of capital to have on your team.

I am so happy to let everyone know. I have officially opened my Real Estate Redevelopment Business, and it is on its way to success. I find out today or tomorrow what the IRS excepted my business name to be. Also, on top of that I have managed to reach out and get a mentor that is in my local market to mentor me on the steps to being a successful Real Estate Investor/Redeveloper. He is doing 14 flips a month couldn't ask for a better mentor.
