When you filed for your rehab businesses, do you have to hold any licenses with business? I am starting my own residential redevelopment business cause thats what i have read that we as rehabbers technically are in a business eye. Could everyone shine some light on this issue. Also how you all structured it so you didn't need any licenses. Thanks in advance.

Wow great information given here. Just started my Residential Redevelopment business and was considering to day about a short sale property. After hearing all this sounds to me that short sales might not be good for my business model. Thank you everyone for your great input.

@Jeff Rabinowitz. Do you know of any of these lenders that will do no payments until project is sold. If so, it would be greatly appreciated.

@Joe Splitrock. I definitely agree. My time is more important to me honestly. I won't to run a rehab business not do rehab. You know what I mean, I have bigger plans for the BUSINESS.

Thanks for the input.

How did you work out holding costs? Was that in the amount you borrowed? I am starting out and would love the knowledge. thank you in advance.
