@Jennifer Corredor hello. If you learn quick do not waste your time and money on getting a MBA cause it will cost alot of money to obtain one. Here is a book recommendation it is on audible or you can probably get it at barnes and noble. It is The personal MBA by Josh Kaufman. It tells you all the basics you would need to know on how to run a business, as far as your other situation what are you wanting to know.

Hello @Mike Clancy. It sounds good to me. I just started my first DM campaign about three weeks ago in my market. I focused on absentee owners and owners that have had a mortgage for ten years or more. Just the other day, I received my first call from the campaign. It took about two weeks from the first mailing to receive the first call. My budget was $2000 as well. I hope this is good feedback for you.

Well it has finally happened. Been working so hard to get it. My first deal is done and I have a second one and a possible third. They are coming together now. My first one was a wholesale, my second one is going to be a owner finance lease option and my third one is lining up to be another wholesale. I am really excited that it is all becoming a reality.

Wanted to add also that 3/2 in this neighborhood sell for 189,000 which was sold in June of this year. This home has the potential to do an add-on to make it a 3/2 has to porches already in place.
