I agree with what Evan said. I have a close friend that rents his out in utah. He clears about 1k per month with an airstream in his drive way. You will need to worry about sewer waste but aside from that it is an awesome idea.

If you want to become a realtor take the test and become one. I do not believe you need one to become an investor. 

If you just do investments you might want a good realtor. I have lots of clients that use me as a realtor and they just do investments.

I'm a realtor in Utah. Typically I work a lot in the morning following up on different contract deadlines and then whatever appointments i have in the afternoon evening. The middle of the day is a bit slower. It is perfect to cold call!!!

I pulled tax lien data from the state of Utah to try and call some people who are back on taxes and interested in selling but there is no number in the list. It only has name and address? It doesnt export well into excel either so merging it with another document is difficult. I want to find numbers and how much the tax lien is but dont have that data yet. Any suggestions would be wonderfull.
