Ok... This is not unique at all…

But, how about "Library"?…

Come on, that’s not a library… Libraries are huge! This is just a small unusable bedroom. And look, it doesn’t even have a closet. This isn’t a library, it’s a laundry room without a washer and dryer!

Kick the door in and welcome home!

Attorney is the way to go! As far as the lien… Maybe, maybe not.

And you are welcome…

jc72071,

How many $350,000 houses have you marketed to? They are out there! Just have to market to them!

If it were me, I would not have left their house without a signed purchase and sale agreement, and a deed to the property…

You can always figure out what to do later! (after papers are signed)

TIP: Signing papers with a seller makes them feel like they are done, and they quit looking for a buyer!

Hey Jorge…

They are out there!… It’s a number game!
The more numbers (leads), the more you will find!

Good luck!

P.S. Also, expect to stay in touch with all the “No’s” forever!… Some of the “No’s” today will be a “Yes” in the near future.

P.S. I would also use that to my benefit… I would negotiate down the price further with the seller! Lenders know that this can pose a problem…
