what else should I do before take possession of the property
I just puchased a trustee sale home in California and had the deed recorded. I went to the property and I saw from the window that all kitchen appliances were removed and furnitures (except some seem like abandoned) were gone. Can anyone tell me what else I should do before I may call a locksmith in to open the door and take possession of the property? Thank you
