bump. About to buy the 8600 today as a cyber Monday special and just want to be sure it's the ideal choice for yellow letters!

Many thanks!

Thank you Ronnie and Robert!

I've been printing about 1000 letters a month on my Canon, and while the speed of printing isn't too bad, the ink cost is getting pretty high, I want to switch to a laser-jet printer.

@Ronnie Sparrow : Can the HP8600 print invitation style envelopes?

One of the big reasons I have to switch is my Canon conked out on printing invitation-style and will only print the A10 size... my response rate went down once I had to switch back to A10's. Keeps smearing the invitation-style ones and when I asked Canon for help they said only printing the A10's is supported.

I've been doing yellow letters for about 7 months now- printing, folding, and packing the letters myself. Its not too bad, and its been very interesting changing up the message and learning about marketing.

I've been using a Canon MX 432 printer to date, but it started jamming more often and smudging invitation envelopes, so I had to switch back to regular A10. Canon said no fix to that, because they only support A10 size envelopes.

I know @Michael Q. recommended the HP 2020 in a thread from 2010, however that printer is now discontinued. Is there a newer version that would also work well for yellow letters?

Many thanks!

Hello everybody!

I've figured out how to insert Mail Merge into my yellow letters in Print Shop Deluxe- now I'm trying to figure out how to import my Excel absentee owner list into the Print Shop Deluxe.

I've tried to find tutorials online and have downloaded an "Excel to Vcard" converter, but still can't figure it out.

Could anyone lend some advice on how I can get my Excel address list into the Print Shop Deluxe's address book?

Many thanks!
