I'm currently out of state but I spoke with an owner about selling their home yesterday and they are interested in my offer. Since I am out of state I am unable to meet with the seller until Saturday but I want to get a head start and inform potential buyers about a property I may have coming soon to close this deal ASAP. How can I do so or is just better to wait until I have the property under contract?

All advice and suggestions are appreciated.

Hi, I'm new to wholesaling and I'm still learning the laws of what is considered brokering as a wholesaler.

How can I market a property to Real Estate Investors/Potential Buyers via social media without posting pictures?

Still new to wholesaling and I'm still learning the laws that that a wholesaler can and can not do to be considered brokering.

1. How can I market a property online via social media without posting pictures of the property?

2. Is it legal for me to describe the property in social media post to potential buyers/real estate investors?

All advice and suggestions are greatly appreciated, I look forward to the feedback, thanks!

I am new to wholesaling in Virginia and I have just written my first version of both my purchasing agreement and assignment contract. I would greatly appreciate if someone proofread my contracts and gave feedback and advice on what information needs to be added or omitted. My main focus is to ensure that I do not get legally stuck to a contract if either party defaults. If anyone is interested, please comment and leave an email address so I can send you the contracts to review. Thanks for the help!

@Dan

@Dan Bernstein as in willing to close Wholesaler deals. I keep reading that some title companies will not or do not close Wholesaler deals so I wanted to know which ones do. I actually found out that Lakeside Title Co. does close Wholesaler deals.

As we all know it's very inexpensive so the process is fairly simple, just tedious and requires a lot of time. I'm currently drafting my purchasing and sale agreements now and they will have my logo/letterhead. Do you know of any Wholesaler friendly title companies in northern Virginia?
