Need Purchsae Agreement And Assignment Contracts Proofread
I am new to wholesaling in Virginia and I have just written my first version of both my purchasing agreement and assignment contract. I would greatly appreciate if someone proofread my contracts and gave feedback and advice on what information needs to be added or omitted. My main focus is to ensure that I do not get legally stuck to a contract if either party defaults.
