What type of buyers? For what? SFRs, MFs, commercial, MHPs, etc.?

Talk about what you have here, if it is a good deal you'll probably find a buyer.

There are so many good ones Cedric, with a variety of programs. 

The best thing to do is to start your search, and learn to decide for yourself--which you can do here--what lenders you are looking for, or just search Google for HM Lenders.

RCN Capital, Realty Mogul, South End Capital are a few you can start with. Take a look at the lending parameter that they offer, and then take it from there. Learn to compare what you have to chose from, and create the scenario that would work best with a particular property.
