Seattle area book of CRE business being opened up to us over the next six months (varying size multifamily, commercial, and large residential).

Investor (Seattle area) retiring from industry, and looking to off-load a number of his properties--we will have first access!

We would like to take the time, now, to build up our investor partner contacts before the need is there and we run short.

Please provide details about your investment expectations/goals that we may spend the least amount of time to find the right partners for these properties.

Cash flowing, good renters, other properties in area at 100% occupancy.

Looking for partner for short to mid-term buy/hold/sell. Area is expected to grow heavily over the next year (details with contact).

It is very patchy, but good in areas. 

My folks and a number of friends keep me up-to-date about goings on in the area, and grab information when I need it.
