@Diana Muresan Thank you.  I have 2 use cases (MFH (Duplexes and Quads between 300-350K) and Commercial RE 1M Plus apt complexes - Both would leverage my solo 401K funds and would like to get a loan for the difference. Seeing what is out there.

@Daniel Dietz yes we did but i like to have options. 40% is a deal breaker looking to see if I can get lower % terms.

@Cody DeLong Hey Cody - nice work on the unit - How did you use the RE agent for transactional purposes only?  What did they do and what did they not do that you did to charge a flat fee? Thanks!
