Hello BP - Looking for Non Recourse Loan Provider Recommendations that you have personally used or can highly recommend (though network etc) Thank you.

@Ed Moran I think we talked a while back?  We used NASB, loan officer Jason Zook. I got there name off of a list that floats around here on BP. At the time I called several of them that lend in my state (some are state specific) and it seemed that NASB had the best options for us. At the time, it was 40% down, 5.75% and 20 year fixed. They also want you to have reserves, which in our case we keep invested in the stock market inside of our accounts. 

We have also used a private lender for a non recourse loan, but that was only a 5 year term, and I assume you are looking for longer than that.
