I only wish it were my company, but it's a great job! There's no method of retirement of becoming financially free with the current profession I an at, but it pays the bills.

I'll check my calendar to see if i'm available for the Summit. Thanks for the inviye!

Of course no RE book list would be complete without mentioning Rich Dad Poor Dad.

My main focus right now is doing no money down quick flips with owners who have a 55% LTV or below then peruse fix and flips once I have established some capital

Goal 1: No Money Down Quick Flips

Goal 2: Fix and Flips

Goal 3: Passive Income through Fix/ Rental Properties

Goal 4: Commercial

Goal 5: Real Estate Development

My main challenge is finding thr leads and legal contracts.

Once I peruse the leads, I would need a CRM to calculate risk.

If the risk is higher than 75%, I will not touch the deal

Hi BP members! I wanted to introduce myself. My name's Eric, and I am 29 yrs old in Sacramento, CA that is brand new to Real Estate investing. I'm not afraid of hard work or getting my hands dirty. If someone here personally, or on the forums, would invest their time with me and give me a complete and total information download session, I would be more than greatful!

I am currently a web marketing executive with a 18yr old company that is the largest IDX vendor in the country who is also partnered with Google. I specalize in helping Real Estate Agents and Brokers improve their online marketing.

I'm very excited about Real Estate investing and becoming financially free!

If someone could tell/ point me in the correct direction on how and where to start with investing... I'd greatly appreciate it! Look forward to hearing from you!
