Look into the writings of @Sharon Vornholt and @Rick H. as they both focus on probates. Neither of them are based in Indiana, however I'm sure a lot of the information will be useful. 

@Charles Smith  I have the most success with out-of-state property owner lists with my direct mail campaigns.

I have been getting booted off BP each time I view a profile while using iOS. The app doesn't completely close (still available after double-tapping home) but I'm unable to view profiles. Does anyone else have the same issue?

Chuck VanDyne I assume you're familiar with FFREIA (local Rochester reia.) Self-Directed IRA's are a common topic at the Alternative Real Estate Investing Strategies Meetings... Equity Trust does presentations annually, and two of the chair members are actively using their SDIRA locally. I think you'd be able to get great value by speaking with them about how and what they're doing!

All of my deals have come as a result of direct mail.

@dannyjohnson is the founder of LeadPropeller. I don't use LP services however I have gained a lot of useful information from Danny's BP podcast, blog posts, and main website. Seems to know a ton about REI marketing which I'm sure translates to a quality product in LP.
