Ryan, I'm no expert, but you may be better off getting the better location as it would most likely be harder to get quality (if any) tenants in the bad locations. This could end up being more expensive than the better location in the long run.

Post: Yellow Letter Mass Mailing System: Printer/Paper/Envelope combo?

Hello Everyone!

I stumbled across this video tonight:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMUAhXYuClA

If you don't want to watch it, it basically shows you how to bulk mail yellow letters with very little effort.  It should automatically fill in all variables on the paper as well as envelope from an excel document (listsource).

What I am looking for is a combination of printer, yellow lined paper, and envelopes that work well for this purpose.  Has anyone had any experience with this?  What's worked for you?  How well has it worked?

I appreciate all feedback.

Thanks!

Hello, Everyone.

I'm interested in everyone's favorite marketing strategy.  Right now, I have business cards with "WE BUY HOUSES CASH" which I hand out and have sitting out at a few local businesses.  I also have car magnets.

I'm looking into direct mailing to absentee owners in my specific area code via yellowletters.com.  Any suggestions on maximizing the effectiveness of this approach?

What strategy have you have the most success with?

Thanks!
