Hello my name is Jay Biagianti. My wife Mary and I  are very excited to start this new company together.  We appreciate any tips, ideas and help that you might have for us.  We are both new to real estate investing.  We are very excited and blessed to start this venture.  We do not know much about investing in real estate but we are hard working.
