I am having a difficult time looking for a property management company. I currently have a reliable manager, but looking for additional help as more of my units will need attention. I have reached out to companies in Indianapolis and my properties are too far from the big city and no one is servicing in these areas: Peru and Kokomo.

Hi. My husband and I have some properties we are flipping in California, but also own some properties out of state as well. We want to organize them with proper entities. I came across Anderson Advisors.

I find their YouTube videos super helpful but I don't know anything about them. Has anyone used them? If so, worth it? They are offering a package deal with a monthly subscription.

I am trying to put submitters on each unit of a mobile home park I own in Indiana. Any good company you can recommend? for both products and also for installation. The park is located in Kokomo, Indiana, about an hour away from Indianapolis. 

Hello. Here is what I have collected so far and please correct me if I am wrong. 

One way to layer the business protection is to create a Wyoming LLC. Then Create California LLC (I reside in California and the properties are in CA) for each of the property you acquire. Then Assign the Wyoming LLC as the manager of the CA LLCs.

That way we get the anonymity with the "head LLC" from Wyoming. This DOESN'T mean your name is anonymous if you get in a lawsuit. It's mainly to stay anonymous in instances like your tenants can't find your trace to the LLCs.

There is a lot of other components to the above set up. Is this something that works? What are the downside? TYIA!
