I'm looking to see who buys mobile homes in DFW area?

In Tarrant County, they give a list of before and after probate individuals. Which list should I focus on? Thanks in advance. Also I'm not able to find out what the property address is. So I'm going to mail to the one files.

I believe this is a deal. But how can I be certain? I know a house a few blocks over sold yesterday for $150,000, not remodeled. The one remodeled sold for $199,500.

Currently the owner is asking $140k.

Can I get a copy as well?

1. I have a relationship with the sellers.

2. The contract I have says I'll make $7500 on the assignment. 

3. It doesnt say this is is the price I'll pay for it. 

4. I put the listing on Zillow. A realtor reached out with a buyer.

5. I said I would split the fee if they bought the house.

6. I have not assigned the contract.

7. The buyers are using a bank to pay for the property. 

8. There has not been an offer from the buyer yet. That should happen today.
