a realtor has a property. They are looking for a buyer. Can I put house under contract with realtor? Then find a buyer from my list to close at title company? How would I structure the deal?

 I need your help. The system sounds great how can I implement it in Ft Worth, Tx? Trying to get my first deal.

I've been using deal machine for 6 days now. It's a great tool but expensive depending on budget. I have mail 50 - 60 letters. I have 1 week left for trial period. I hope I get a deal soon.

Hello Jack. I'm trying to wholesale. The house is remodeled. I want to buy for $125k and sell for 128k. It's worth about $132k. But it can be rented for $1400

I don't understand these numbers.

The person is selling the house at market value. If I put a small assignment fee on it why am I losing on the deal? 

The house is worth $130k. If I get it for $127k is that what is wrong? The house will rent for $1400. It is a remodeled hose but I don't see  what issues there would be. Is this not a deal?

He wants to sell by the end of the month. Is there any money to be made here?
